Chairman of Muslim Institute of Pakistan visits BSU

The Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University (BSU) has hosted meeting with Sultan Ahmed Ali Sahib, Chairman of Muslim Institute of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Junagat Province.

Sultan Ahmed Ali Sahib   was chosen among the 10 most influential leading Islamic figures in the world by the International Institute for Peace and Development (INSPAD) in 2020.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Aidan Khandan, her deputies Nigar Ismailzade and Shahin Yusifli, as well as staff and students of the Faculty.

Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Aydan Khandan and Head of the Department of Iranian Philology Mehdi Kazimov informed the guests about the courses and languages taught at the Faculty, as well as Urdu.
