On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Azerbaijan as well as World Book and Copyright Day - April 23, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Azerbaijan Guo Min donated 248 books on the history, philosophy, science, politics, technology, economics and culture of China to the scientific library of Baku State University (BSU).

The books were donated through mediation of the Confucius Institute at BSU.
