Clinical Biochemistry Training Program Held at BSU
A clinical biochemistry training program was held at the Faculty of Biology of Baku State University (BSU) as part of events dedicated to Science Day on March 27.
During the theoretical sessions, participants were introduced to the basic principles of clinical biochemistry, modern laboratory diagnostic methods, the clinical significance of biochemical parameters, and the interpretation of test results.
The practical part of the training took place at the biochemistry laboratory of Ellab Diagnostic Center. Students learned about the operating principles of modern laboratory analyzers, worked with real samples, and observed the stages of the analytical process. They were also informed about laboratory safety regulations and quality control procedures.
The program aimed to enhance the knowledge of biology and genetics students in clinical laboratory diagnostics, familiarize them with modern diagnostic methods, and develop their practical skills.
