Baku State University (BSU) has hosted an event "Khojaly - The worst occurrence of genocide in history". The event was organized by the Faculty of History of Baku State University.

Dean of the Faculty Ibrahim Zeynalov talked about the Armenia`s policy of ethnic cleansing against Azerbaijanis. “Khojaly: one of humankind’s most terrifying tragedies”, said Ibrahim Zeynalov.

PhD student of the Department of the History of the Turkic Peoples Vasif Nabiev made presentation on activities initiated with a view to having the international community give fair political-judicial assessment for the Khojaly tragedy.

The event was followed by the presentation of the short film about Khojaly genocide, made by BSU students.
