As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan an international scientific and practical online conference of young scientists of the Turkic-speaking countries "Elbasy - the architect of Turkic integration" was held on November 22, 2021.

The event was jointly organized by the International Turkic Academy and the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference was attended by President of the Academy Darkhan Kydyrali, Vice Minister of Information and Social Development Askar Omarov, President of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after K.A. Yasaui Zhanar Temirbekova, Deputy Executive Director of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation Alkey Margulanuly, Professor of Bozok University, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences Kyurshad Zorlu, as well as famous young scientists from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Tatarstan (Russian Federation), Bashkortostan (Russian Federation), Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.

Dean of the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University (BSU) Vugar Aliyev made a presentation at the plenary session of the conference on the topic "Formation of a single Turkic information space and existing threats".
