A delegation from Romania, including Ambassador Vasile Soare, Rector Marian Preda of the University of Bucharest, and Eden Mamut, Secretary General of the Black Sea Universities Network, visited Baku State University (BSU).

BSU Rector Elchin Babayev discussed BSU’s educational, scientific activities, and international collaborations, emphasizing the cooperation with Romanian universities through the Erasmus+ KA 171 program.

Rector Preda expressed interest in joint projects, especially in teacher and student exchanges and scientific research expansion. The meeting also focused on enhancing integration between the universities within the Black Sea Universities Network.
