Elchin Babayev, the Rector of Baku State University (BSU), met with a delegation from the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to explore prospects for cooperation.

Rector Babayev provided detailed information on the history, scientific activities, and international relations of BSU. He proposed initiatives for student and faculty exchange, as well as the implementation of various collaborative projects.

In turn, the delegation members shed light on the activities of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Umm Al-Qura University, Islamic University of Medina, including their international relations, and discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation.

The meeting also covered potential collaboration in the fields of science and education with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Subsequently, the guests visited BSU's Scientific Library, the Heydar Aliyev Museum, and the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
