A delegation led by the rector of Iqra National University (Pakistan) Obaid Ur Rehman visited Baku State University (BSU) to meet its rector Elchin Babayev.

Elchin Babayev informed guests about education, innovations, social life and international relations of BSU and noted the contribution of this visit to the establishment and development of the inter-university cooperation.

Rector Obaid Ur Rehman said that Iqra National University is chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is recognized by HEC (Higher Education Commission) and PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council). It offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs as well as PhD programs in Management Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Education, Media Sciences, and Fashion Designing. The guest expressed interest in cooperation with BSU.

The delegation of Iqra National University familiarized with the work of laboratories and research centers of BSU.
