A delegation led by Samaridin Koraev, First Vice-Rector for Youth Development and Education of Chirchik State Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan, paid an official visit to Baku State University (BSU).

Welcoming the guests, Alish Aghamirzayev, BSU Vice-Rector for Social Affairs, Student Affairs, and Public Relations, emphasized that relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan—brotherly countries united by common roots, language, culture, and history—are developing along an upward trajectory. He noted that cooperation among Turkic-speaking states is currently experiencing its most dynamic period, and that BSU actively contributes to strengthening this collaboration.

In his remarks, Samaridin Koraev provided an overview of the key areas of activity of Chirchik State Pedagogical University and emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with BSU.

The meeting concluded with discussions on expanding bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
