A discussion forum on current legal topics was held at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University (BSU).
Farahim Huseynzade, legal adviser of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, lecturer of corporate law and management at BSU, made a presentation on the topic "Money laundering and financing of terrorism". He touched upon such topical issues as money laundering (PL), financing of terrorism (TM), weapons of mass destruction and their definition in legal documents, as well as measures to combat financial crime, the role of financial institutions in the fight against PL / TM and risk-based approach.
