The Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Security (DOST) and Baku State University (BSU) has signed a Joint Action Plan to implement the Memorandum of Understanding.The document was signed by Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov and BSU Rector Elchin Babayev. The plan covers 22 activities in 6 areas of activity.

The meeting also noted the importance of the "Clinic of Social Work and Psychology", which is planned to be created in the DOST centers.
