Baku State University students – Siyavush Bagirov, Gunay Abbasova, Rubaba Aslanova, Gabiba Jafarova, Mehrangiz Ismayilova, Huseyn Guliyev, Sibel Askerova, and Shahana Babazade were selected from the pool of talented candidates for the Heydar Aliyev Scholarship, which was established with the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Winners will receive a one-time payment of 3,000 AZN per person.
