Professor Alfredo Squarzoni (CRUI - Conference of Italian University Rectors, Project Leader), Professor Guillermo Bernabeu (Alicante University/Spain), Angelo Musaio (Support Service for International Strategies,University of Genoa, Project Manager) and  Simone Ravaioli (Consortium of Italian Universities / Bologna, Italy)   visited Baku State University. The main aim of the visit is to get a clear knowledge and understanding of the ‘state of the art’ about quality assurance of study programmes in the Baku State University. EU experts took part in the round table discussions.  BSU representatives - Irada Alieva,  Vice-rector on educational process and teaching technologies,           Shalala Mammadova, Vice-rector on International Relations,          Ibad Ibadov, Head of Department of Education, Melahet Gurbanova, Head of Education Electron Centre,         Guleyran Rahimova, Dean for International Students/Project Coordinator, Lale Bayramova, Project Coordinator and EU experts       discussed the following items:

Ø required/available information and data for QA of SPs,

Ø methodologies and procedures of definition, collection, elaboration and presentation  of the  required information and data;

Ø responsibilities and facilities for the definition, collection, elaboration and presentation  of the required information and data;

Ø level of ‘computerization’ of the required/available documentation.
