The first graduation of the international double diploma program in the "International Relations and Diplomacy" at the master's level between Baku State University (BSU) and University of Business Innovation and Sustainability (UBIS) took place on February 17, 2023 at BSU.

Speaking at the award ceremony, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev noted that this is the first double degree program of the Faculty of International Relations and Economics of the university. Rector said that these diplomas would play an important role in building the career of graduates.

It should be noted that the agreement on the double degree program between BSU and UBIS was signed on August 13, 2021. UBIS University's programs are based on the U.S. standards and the Bologna accord standards. The dual degrees are granted via the partnership with sister universities around the globe.

For bachelor's, UBIS offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (BA-IR).

For master's, UBIS offers Master of Arts in International Relations (MA-IR), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Information Technology (MS-IT), and Executive Master of Science in Information Technology (EMS-IT).

For doctorate, it offers Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA).
