Firudin Gurbanov meets with Ambassador of Czech Republic

Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Acting Rector of BSU Firudin Gurbanov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic Milan Ekert.

F. Gurbanov said thatsince independence of our country a new stage was thereby begun in which the ties between the two countries were taken to  high level in various fields, including in education.

According to F. Gurbanov, BSU cooperates with the Masaryk University,The University of Chemistry and Technology, Palacky University  and Charles University, based on students and teachers exchange program.

Ambassador Milan Ekert, in turn, expressed satisfaction with the high level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the Czech Republicand highly appreciated the  ties between our universities.Ambassador shared his view on double degree diploma program, simplification of visa procedures for the students,  cooperation with the International Visegrad Fund.
