Arabic Speech Competition was held among university students. The event was organized by the Center for Arab Studies, established jointly by the Baku Eurasian University and King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz International Center for Arabic Language.
Students specializing in Arabic language from Baku State University , Baku Eurasian University, and Azerbaijan University of Languages participated in the competition.
In the final stage of the competition, 25 students participated. The contestants recited texts in Arabic. The jury evaluated the participants' clear speech and their ability to express their thoughts fluently in Arabic.
Mohammedali Akhundov, a BSU student, took first place in the competition. Simuzar Mamedzade, a BSU student, and Aisha Nabieva, a Baku Eurasian University student, secured the second-place position. BSU students Yashar Guseynzade, Sabina Jabrailova, and Baku Eurasian University student Elmina Akhmedova were awarded third place.
