Professor at Goethe University Frankfurt, HADES Division Head Joachim Stroth delivered a lecture on "Investigation of hadronic matter by virtual photons" at the Physics Faculty of Baku State University. Professor Stroth  informed about the  fundamental problems of modern nuclear physics, as well as HADES experiments.

The scientist spoke about the future plans of the Centre for Heavy Ion Research, particular the FAIR Accelerator Complex project.
