Baku State University (BSU) held a graduation ceremony for students who successfully completed the joint dual degree program in Maritime and Energy Law offered in partnership with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Speaking at the ceremony, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized the importance of the program in preparing internationally competitive legal professionals and noted that cooperation between the two universities will continue to expand through new educational and research initiatives.

Diplomas were awarded to nine graduates who completed the program in the 2025/2026 academic year.

To date, more than 40 students have graduated from the joint dual degree program.
