Head of the Canadian Waterloo University`s International Relations department Andre Jardin and deputy dean of High Technologies department Ilham Akhundov  visited  Baku State University (BSU) to discuss provisions of a draft agreement on student exchange to be signed by the two educational institutions.
The delegation met BSU pro-rector for science and innovations Aydin Kazimzade and pro-rector for international relations and cooperation Shalala Mammadova.
