A round table on "Civil Procedure Reforms in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Poland (through the prism of Council of Europe standards)", organized by the SABAH Center of Baku State University (BSU) with the support of the Department of Civil Procedure and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law was held at BSU on April 18, 2022.

The event was moderated by Elchin Khalafov, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure and Commercial Law. He informed about the Civil Procedure Law, reforms of the Code of Civil Procedure in Azerbaijan during the period of independence.

Anna Kościółek, Head of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Rzeszów made presentation on Civil Procedure in Polish law.

Member of the Bar Association Natavan Rustamova and Deputy Chairman of the SABAH Executive Committee of the Ministry of Education for Academic Affairs Eldar Gojaev also made reports at the round table.
