Hungarian delegation visits BSU
A meeting of the BSU officials with Hungarian delegation was held on October 15, 2021.
The meeting was attended by Farda Imanov, BSU Vice-Rector for Organization of the Educational Process and Teaching Technologies; Shahin Panahov, Vice-Rector for International Relations; Mais Suleymanov, Director of the Center for Organization of Scientific Activity and Innovation; Rauf Hasanov, Head of the International Relations Department; Mihai Gruber, Second Secretary of the Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Diplomat for Culture and Education; Dr Benedek Péri, Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Eötvös Loránd University; Krisztina Sándor, Director of the International Relations Department of the University of Miskolc; Kinga Szabó, coordinator of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences; Olga Galatina, coordinator of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences; Réka Somfai, coordinator of the University of Pécs; Mátis Gábor, Head of the Department of the Budapest Medical Veterinary University.
Vice-Rector for International Relations Shahin Panahov informed the guests about the history and development of the Baku State University and noted a special role of educational ties in the development of cooperation between two countries.
BSU Vice-Rector for Organization of the Educational Process and Teaching Technologies Farda Imanov spoke about the mutual cooperation between the universities of the two countries.
Speaking at the meeting, Second Secretary of the Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Diplomat for Culture and Education Mihai Gruber expressed interest in the implementation of joint projects between BSU and universities in Hungary.
The meeting discussed further prospects for bilateral cooperation, projects of double diplomas, preparation of joint scientific articles and other issues of mutual interest.
