Staff of The Information Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA) conducted an information session for students at Baku State University (BSU).
The event aimed to familiarize participants with the Agency’s activities, priority areas, and ongoing projects, as well as its recruitment procedures, current internship opportunities, and the e-complaints system created for receiving citizen appeals.
In her presentation, ICTA representative Solmaz Mamedova emphasized that the Agency attaches particular importance to the development of human capital and provides favorable conditions for young people to enhance their professional skills. She noted that ICTA implements innovative projects and encourages students and graduates to take an active role in them. For young professionals seeking a career at the Agency, transparent recruitment mechanisms and a skills-based approach are applied. Internship programs in programming, information security, data analytics, and other fields offer broad opportunities for gaining practical experience.
ICTA employee Shahmar Bayramli provided detailed information about the e-complaints system. He explained that the platform enables citizens to quickly submit complaints related to telecommunications (internet, mobile services) and postal services. As the entire process is conducted electronically, complaints are received promptly and can be tracked through the system. He added that the platform was developed based on the principles of user-friendliness, transparency, and service efficiency, ensuring the objective review of submissions.
