On December, 17th 2009. Representatives of 9 CIS countries have signed here today constituent documents of the International innovative centre nanotechnology /IICNT/.

IICNT it is created in Dubna at support of Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the state-participants CIS for formation of the hi-tech market nanoproduction the Commonwealth countries. The centre should become the tool of integration of innovative, research and educational space of the CIS.

Representatives of 14 organisations from 9 countries of Commonwealth of the independent states, including four national academies of sciences, have put the signatures under constituent documents of the International innovative centre nanotechnology (nanotechnology) the CIS. The support to creation of the International innovative centre nanotechnology and offers on its effective organisation was stated managing chair of the Baku state university (Azerbaijan) Associate Professor M.A.Ramazanov
