Clarivate Analytics held another online discussion on the "InCites Evaluation tool based on citation databases" on February 12, 2021.
InCites is a customized, citation-based research analytics tool on the Web that enables to evaluate institutional productivity and benchmark your output against peers worldwide.
The online discussion was attended by BSU Rector Elchin Babaev, Vice-rector for Science and Innovation Huseyn Mamedov, Head of Russia&CIS at Clarivate Analytics Oleg Utkin, Head of Education Programs at Clarivate Analytics Valentin Bogorov, Manager for Azerbaijan, Georgia&Ukraine at Clarivate Analytics Sevinj Jafarova, the Head of the Center for Scientific Activity and Innovation at BSU Mais Suleymanov and other officials.
Rector Elchin Babaev praised relations between BSU and Clarivate Analytics. He expressed his assurance on further successful development and expansion of relations between parties.
Head of Education Programs at Clarivate Analytics Valentin Bogorov, noted that, despite the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of scientific articles published by BSU scientists in journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection increased in 2020.
