Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and Baku State University (BSU). This MOU will enable joint cooperation of ISC and BSU in Citation Analysis and university Ranking. According to the above mentioned Memorandum ISC Branch-office will be established  in BSU.

The MOU between Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and Baku State University (BSU) was signed by Professor Dr. Jafar Mehrad, President of Islamic World Science Citation Center and Academician Abel Maharramov, Rector of Baku State University.
