Japanese government financed overhaul of four auditoriums of BSU

An opening ceremony of the four classroom after the overhaul was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University. This project was funded by the Japanese government.
Opening the event academician Abel Maharramov noted the successful cooperation between the two countries in all spheres and highly appreciated the Japanese government's concern for the university.
Japanese Ambassador Teruyuki Katori said that Azerbaijan is an important country for Japan, and relations between our states has been steadily developing.
It should be noted the Japanese language has been taught at BSU since 2000.
