Vice-Rector for International Relations of the University of Kumamoto (Japan), Professor at the Department of Applied Chemistry Hirotaka Ihara has visited Nanoresearch Center of BSU.The Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Prof. Muhammad Ramazanov noted that close ties has been establishedbetween the University of Kumamoto and Baku State University, it has become a tradition to give the lectures atNanoresearch Center by the Japanese professors. The two sides exchanged views on expansion of scientific-technical cooperation and discussed the training opportunities for Masters and PhD students.

Then  ProfessorHirotaka Iharamade a presentation entitled "Supromolecular web for chiroptical functionalization of polymer".
