A master class was held at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University (BSU) as part of the “Master Class” project organized by the Student Youth Organization.

The session featured Kerem Mansurov, Head of the Apparatus of the Judicial Legal Council, who spoke on “The Judicial Legal Council as a Self-Governing Body of the Judiciary.”

Dean Zaur Aliyev noted that Mansurov’s professional career serves as a strong example for aspiring lawyers and emphasized the value of such direct engagement for students’ professional development.

During the session, Mansurov provided an overview of the evolution and legal status of the Judicial Legal Council, highlighting its role in ensuring judicial independence and improving the quality of justice, as well as ongoing reforms and institutional development.

The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session with students.
