A Lithuanian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Education and Science Rimantas Vaitkus has visited the Baku State University to meet its rector, MP Abel Maharramov.
The rector highlighted the activities and international relations of the University.
Rimantas Vaitkus briefed Maharramov on the education system in Lithuania, and stressed the importance of educational relations between the two countries.
The two also discussed prospects for educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
