Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Baku State University and the Kharkiv National University

Rector of Baku State University, academician Abel Maharramov has received the delegation of Karazin Kharkov National University (Ukraine), headed by Professor Vladimir Alexandrov. A. Maharramov gave the general information about BSU and talked about the international relations of BSU. At the meeting, the head of the delegation noted the idea of creating a Azerbaijani Center in Kharkov. Following the meeting a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Baku State University and Kharkov National University. According the Memorandum Baku State University and Kharkov National University will cooperate in the following areas: facilitation of the exchange of researchers, postgraduate and master’s students, mutual assistance for the teachers’ scientific qualification improvement, exchange of experience in the advanced methods, organization of the bilateral joint symposiums, seminars and conferences, facilitation of joint projects and programs based upon their mutual interests and etc.
