MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF KAZAKHSTAN VISITED BSU

Rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov received the delegation headed by Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Zhumagulov. Academician Abel Maharramov gave detailed information about the history and development of the Baku State University and the international relations of the university. Abel Maharramov noted the importance of the cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan universities. In turn, Bakhytzhan Zhumagulov expressed interest in cooperation with the universities of Azerbaijan, in particular, with the BSU. During the meeting they discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation. The guests visited the BSU laboratories and research centers. Kazakh delegation also visited Abay Kunanbaev Center in BSU and expressed satisfaction with the promotion of Kazakh culture.
