A monograph by Sevda Khalafova, Head of the Department of Library and Information Resources Management at the Faculty of Information and Document Management of Baku State University (BSU), has been published. The work is dedicated to the legacy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Titled "Electronic Library and Information Resources on the Legacy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev," the monograph was scientifically edited by Associate Professor Alamdar Jabbarli, with Associate Professor Nadir Ismailov serving as the specialized editor and Associate Professor Zahida Rzayeva as the reviewer.

The monograph explores key issues such as the theoretical and methodological significance of Heydar Aliyev’s legacy, the history of its publication and research directions, as well as the formation and evolution of library and information resources related to this legacy in the digital information environment.
