Member of the Milli Majlis Pervin Kerimzade delivered a lecture to students of Baku State University (BSU) titled “Azerbaijan in the Years of Independence: From Liberation to Victory.”

The event was opened by Ramin Samedov, Head of the Department of Humanitarian Issues and Youth Policy at BSU, who highlighted the socio-political contributions of MP Kerimzade. He also emphasized the significance of the Heydar Aliyev Lectures project, which aims to instill the values and legacy of the national leader in younger generations.

In her lecture, MP Kerimzade described Heydar Aliyev as a visionary statesman whose leadership laid the foundations of modern, independent Azerbaijan. She noted that the country's political, economic, and social development following his return to power was pivotal in transforming Azerbaijan into a dynamic and internationally influential state.

The session concluded with a Q&A segment, during which students engaged with the MP on various aspects of the topic.
