New ‘Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan Studies’ Specializations Starting at BSU

Starting from the new academic year, the Faculty of History at Baku State University (BSU) will launch two new master's level specializations: "Country Studies (Kazakhstan)" and "Country Studies (Uzbekistan)" .

These specializations will include courses such as "History of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan," "History of Statehood of the Kazakh and Uzbek Peoples," "Ethnogenesis Issues of the Kazakh and Uzbek Peoples," "Culture of the Kazakh and Uzbek Peoples," "Republics of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the Context of Central Asian Security Issues," "Internal Integration Processes of the Turkic World and the Republics of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan," "Foreign Policy of the Republics of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan," "Geopolitical Aspects of Azerbaijani-Kazakh and Azerbaijani-Uzbek Relations," and "Ethno-political Situation in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan," among others.
