New MA Transnational Crime to be opened at Baku State University

Rector of the Baku State University, academician Abel Maharramov met with Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hans-Jörg Albrecht, director at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg(Germany) and Dr. Eliko Ciklauri-Lammich, coordinator for CIS and Georgia. Academician and MP Abel Maharramov briefed the delegation on establishment, history of development, as well as international relations of BSU. Hans-Jörg, in turn, Albrecht spoke of the Institute  of Freiburg`s activity.

Following the meeting, it was decided to create an MA Transnational Crime at BSU next year, as well as to send PhD students and young scientists to the Max Planck Institute.
