Elchin Babayev, appointed by Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev the rector of Baku State University (BSU) was presented to the staff of the university.

Minister of Education Jeyhun Bayramov informed about the work experience of Elchin Babayev. He also stressed that in recent years, Azerbaijan has made significant progress in all spheres under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, in particular, in the field of education. The Minister made appropriate recommendations for improved performance of the university.

The rector of BSU Elchin Babayev expressed gratitude to the President of the country for the high trust rendered to him. Elchin Babayev declared that will implement public policy objectives in this field.
