Nobel prize winner Klaus von Klitzing gave a lecture to BSU students

Nobel prize winner Klaus von Klitzing visited Baku State University. Klaus von Klitzing is a German physicist known for discovery of the integer quantum Hall Effect, for which he was awarded the 1985 Nobel Prize in Physics. German physicist met with rector of BSU, academician A.Maharramov and gave a lecture to BSU students on "New applications of the fractional quantum Hall effect".
