Rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov met with PhD students of BSU. He congratulated them and gave recommendations.

Rector reminded that Baku State University cooperated with the leading scientific and educational institutions, annually participated in more than 80 domestic and international programs and grants.

A.Maharramov said that from this year, Azerbaijani scientists would get opportunity to use a scientific database of Thomson Reuter. He also noted that one of the two scientific advisers of PhD students must be foreign scientist.
