Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU) received the delegation led by Executive Director of the Center for Global and Strategic Studies (CGSS) Khalid Taimur Akram, Islamic Republic of  Pakistan. The meeting was attended by Board Member of the Center Mahmud Hasan Khan, Professor at the School of Politics and International Relations Zafar Nawaz Jaspal. They discussed the aspects and importance of establishing cooperation between the Center and BSU.

Emphasizing the fact that Pakistan was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Azerbaijan, Executive Director of the Center for Global and Strategic Studies (CGSS) Khalid Taimur Akram highlighted successfully developing relations between the two countries, adding the partnership with Quaid-I-Azam University, Islamabad.
