Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee has today visited Baku State University where he met Rector Elchin Babayev.
Elchin Babayev hailed development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan and expressed confidence that the bilateral ties between Baku State University and Pakistani universities would continue to develop. He also touched upon the Second Karabakh war. “We are filled with pride as we witness the liberation of our lands from the Armenian occupation under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief”, said Elchin Babayev.
Ambassador appreciated the role of Baku State University in the educational process and stressed the importance of further expanding bilateral relations.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on a number of issues, including the prospects of cooperation between BSU and Pakistani universities.
