Peter Wagner, Consul of the Czech Republic has visited History Department of Baku State University to meet with its Head Azad Rzayev.  They discussed cooperation issues and agreed that Czech diplomats would give lectures to BSU students on  "The situation in Eastern Europe after World War II".
