Petr SICH, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Baku has delivered a lecture on ‘Fundamentals of the Law of the Council of Europe’ at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. He spoke about the history of the Council of Europe, the historical and political situation that led to its creation, and the main areas of activity. Petr SICH also shared information about the conventions in which Azerbaijan acts as a partner.

The event was followed by a question-and-answer session with students.
