11th national scientific and practical conference "Actual problems of state and legal construction", dedicated to the 88 th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev has been held at Baku State University. The conference was organized by the Faculty of Law of the University.  Representatives of  BSU, Institute of Philosophy, Law and Social Sciences of ANAS, the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Justice, National Aviation Academy and other structures took part at mentioned conference. Scientists from Germany, Russia and Georgia made presentation on topical issues. Rector of BSU, academician Abel Maharramov expressed hope that the conference will contribute  to the development of legal science.
