Rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov met with Professor Dr. Vyacheslav Tyutyunnik, President of the International Information Nobel Center, Academy of Natural Sciences ( Russia). The sides discussed creating Nobel Center in BSU and other issues of mutual interest.
