Professor Dieter Suter, Technical University of Dortmund (Germany) has delivered a lecture entitled "Are Quantum Computers next generation Supercomputers?" for students of Baku State University (BSU).

The talk by Professor Suter highlighted aspects of the potential offered by Quantum Computers, and the difficulties that must be overcome to realize this potential.

Professor Dieter Suter’s research interests include Quantum Information Processing, Magnetic Resonance, Optical Detection of Magnetic Resonance, and Medical Applications of Magnetic Resonance.
