A lecture titled “Synthesis, Structure, and Applications of Metal-Acrylic Carboxylate Complexes in the Presence of Nicotinamide” was held at the Faculty of Chemistry of Baku State University (BSU). The session was conducted by Professor Hajali Najafoğlu of Qafqaz University, Kars (Türkiye).

Speaking at the event, Fuad Kerimli, Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation with Turkish universities, developing joint research projects, and implementing exchange programs for master’s and doctoral students.

Professor Hajali Najafoğlu shared his memories of working at the Faculty of Chemistry at BSU and spoke about his academic activities in Türkiye. He also provided information on opportunities for scientific collaboration and the development prospects of Qafqaz University, Kars.

During the lecture, participants received detailed insights into the synthesis of heteroatomic complexes, structural analysis of synthesized single crystals, their applications in various fields, and testing results. The publication of these research findings in prestigious scientific journals was also discussed.

The event concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session.
