As part of the conference "Modern Trends in Physics", Professor Tahmasib Aliyev from the Middle East Technical University in Türkiye has delivered a lecture titled ‘Modern Issues in Theoretical Physics’.

The scientist noted that one of the most significant challenges in modern physics is the problem of dark matter, which constitutes about 20% of our universe. Another issue in modern physics highlighted by the speaker is the study of Higgs particles (bosons), which are quanta of the Higgs field.
