Professor Ismat Shah of Uiversity of Delaware, USA, is being hosted by Baku State Unviersity. He is a Fulbright Fellow.  He will be teaching two course at Baku State University: “Thin Films and Nanostructures” and “Energy and Society”, from 19 September to 12 November, 2011. The lectures are of iterest to all levels of students including bachelors, masters, PhD, teachers, etc.
