Yonggu SHIM, Professor of Osaka Prefecture University has delivered lecture on «Fundamentals of spectroscopic ellipsometry and its application» at Baku State University (BSU).

He explained the basics of light polarization, gave information about the basics, applications, principles of spectroscopic ellipsometry, new methods of data analysis.

The lecture was followed by the question-answer session.
