The renowned rating agency QS Quacquarelli Symonds conducted a specialized training session for the staff of Baku State University (BSU).

In his opening remarks, Asiman Ilyasov, Advisor to the Rector for Quality Assurance, highlighted BSU's remarkable progress in the QS World University Rankings 2025, where the university climbed 179 places to enter the 951-1000 range. He also emphasized BSU's national leadership and significant advancement in the QS Europe 2025 rankings, moving up 78 spots to secure 336th position.

During the session, QS representatives provided detailed insights into the agency's operations and BSU's performance in the rankings. They also offered a comparative analysis of BSU's current standing against various domestic and international universities, based on relevant category indicators.

The training concluded with a Q&A session, where QS representatives addressed participants' questions.
